Cancellation & rebooking

Cancellation policy

Merchants in good standing may request to reschedule an eligible booked date using this form up to 7 days before the scheduled vending date to receive a credit toward another date. Credits must be used within 90 days of the original booked date. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the scheduled event are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. Rebookings depend upon availability and may not be for the same location/size as the original booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026: - Each approved rebooking request incurs a $50 rebooking fee. - Free rebookings will no longer be offered. Late requests forfeit your opportunity to rebook. All payments to Grand Bazaar NYC are final. Exceptions are considered at the sole discretion of Grand Bazaar NYC. ---- See the Vendor Kit for more details.
